1. Batching (Material Preparation) – precise formulation of raw materials
2. Shaping & Forming – Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP), Dry Pressing, Tape Casting, Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM)
3. Dumping – controlled removal of excess binder
4. Sintering– ensuring structural integrity and performance
5. Precision Machining – laser processing, grinding, polishing, CNC machining
6. Cleaning – thorough removal of residues
7. Inspection & Outgoing – strict quality control before shipment
 
Manufacturing Capabilities:
 
PuWei operates state-of-the-art equipment including imported tape casting machines, dry press machines, injection molding systems, atmospheric sintering furnaces, and cold isostatic presses. Our production covers substrates, precision ceramic structures, and large ceramic components.
 
Ceramic Precision Machining Center:
Our center is equipped with centerless grinders, surface grinders, CNC machines, internal/external cylindrical grinders, polishing, and grinding machines, enabling one-stop solutions for complex customer requirements.
 
Laser and Mechanical Processing:
